Despite the increase in women entrepreneurs pursuing careers service industry, entrepreneurship is inherently challenging and still face various difficulties. This article examines characteristics of related to soft skills, communication hard skills that influence their pull push motivators and, ultimately, satisfaction, sheds light on Croatia. A quantitative study was conducted a sample entrepreneurs. structured questionnaire collected primary data obtain profile entrepreneur The developed from literature review adapted for this research, including six key areas derived hypotheses research model. methodology consists analysis using PLS-SEM.
